• Rent Reminders - this job will sent out rent reminders to any of your tenants who are late paying their rent
• Diary Reminders - this job will send out email/SMS reminders for viewings, valuations and appointments
• Weekly Property Matches - this job will send out a weekly email to your applicants of any new property listings that they might be interested in

Other Release Details

A large number of other improvements were made in this estate agent software release, including support for VAT of commercial property rents, a new Landlord Floats report which shows all landlord float balances held on account for landlords within a certain date range, and a new "Export Tenants" button the letting list allowing you to export the details of all tenants in your active tenancies, to name just a few.
