Launched recently, the Maintenance Reporting Form enables agents to centralise and streamline the way their tenants report issues at their property.

The responsive, tablet and mobile-friendly form, which we host and customise to match the agent's branding, allows tenants to use a single, simple form to send in details and photos of an issue. The submitted issue is then added to the agent's 10ninety system (and a notification email sent) from where the agent can then easily escalate it into a maintenance job ready for assignment to a supplier.
