Your clients can now keep up with the current status, activity and upcoming events on their account, and access their data online at any time without having to contact yourselves.

The portal is branded for your agency, and available for your landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers.

Landlords

Give your landlords full visibility of their portfolio, from marketing material and viewings, including feedback received, to ongoing and historic tenancies.

They can view their statements, rent and expense reports, their float account, as well as compliance reminders, maintenance jobs and inspection reports.

Tenants

Your tenants will have full access to the details and current status of their letting, including account balance and breakdown, payment reminders (upcoming and overdue) and their full payment history.

They can also view inspection reports, reminders about upcoming visits at their property, meter reading histories and important signed documents such as their tenancy agreement - along with any other documents you have uploaded against the letting on your 10ninety system.

Vendors

Your vendors will be able to keep up to date with the sale of their property and view the full sales progression history, including viewings booked in (and feedback received), offers made by potential buyers and view essential documents.

Buyers

Your buyers can access details of their upcoming and past viewings, along with any offers they have made.

If they proceed to purchase then they can view the full sales progression history and essential documents like the Memorandum of Sale.

How are my clients given access to our Hub?

You can choose to provide access to any of your landlords, tenants, vendors or buyers from within your 10ninety system. Login details will be generated for them and sent out via email.

Can I choose what my clients have access to?

Yes, you can decide which sections your clients have access to when you create their Hub account, and we can also turn off specific areas in your Hub if you would like. For more information, click here.

Can my landlords run their end of year tax reports on the Hub?

Yes, they can run rent and expense reports for any tax year/period and download them into a spreadsheet or print.

Can the styling of the portal be customised for my agency?

Yes, the portal will be branded in your agency's colour scheme and will include your logo.

Can the Hub be used on a mobile phone?

Yes, it is fully responsive and can work on any device, from a phone to laptop or PC.

Is the Hub secure?

Yes, clients logon via a secure, SSL-encrypted connection and can only see their own data.

Do you have a Help guide for the Hub?

Yes, we have Help articles for yourselves here and we have also put together a Help Centre, linked to from the Hub, for your clients here.

Is there a monthly charge for this feature?

Yes, this is an optional extra feature and can be added to your 10ninety subscription for £30 +VAT per month.
