Signable

Support for electronic document signatures has long been something we have wanted to make available in our software, and we have teamed up with Signable to do just this. Tenancy Agreements, inventories, check-in/out reports, landlord and vendor contracts and much more can now be sent out for signature by relevant parties at the click of a button, with the recipient presented with Signable's user-friendly interface to complete their signature. Once all parties have signed, the agent is notified and the final document returned and available within the system, saving everyone time in the process. This feature is available as part of our Electronic Signatures add-on.

Deposit Scheme Integrations

We've integrated with the DPS, TDS and MyDeposits deposit schemes to allow clients to register deposit details directly from 10ninety to their deposit scheme account, saving them from having to manually re-entering details.

If supported by the scheme, we will also download the relevant deposit certificate or prescribed information document and save it under the uploaded documents section of the letting.

Text Marketer

Our software is integrated with Text Marketer to allow our clients to send viewing or appointment reminders or confirmations, property alerts, rent reminders and much more direct to their customers via SMS. This feature is available as part of our SMS Messaging add-on.
